I had a great experience when I ate here a few days ago. The hostess and my waitress were friendly and welcoming. I ordered the surf and turf, the food was great and arrived in a reasonable time. My waitress, Eva, was the right amount of checking in on me and leaving me alone to enjoy my food. I will definitely come back.

Juvena was very attentive and kept our glasses filled ! He is a great waiter and very polite.. checked in at just the right times!!

Our large group of 17 people arrived somewhat unexpectedly this evening to dine. Adrian, the manager went above and beyond to accommodate us. He did some shuffling around and worked with his staff to get us all in and fed (well!) within a very reasonable amount of time. We all truly appreciated him. Food was delicious and everyone was complementary of the dishes they had. My salmon was phenomenal. There were also menu items to accommodate our vegetarian diners as well, which was much appreciated. Thanks to Adrian and the staff at Black Bear Diner for their exemplary service this evening.

My kids and I loved this place. We wanted breakfast for dinner recently and went in. Our server was really assertive and kind. She took great care of us at a decent non-rushed pace. We ordered combo dishes with pancakes, eggs, fruit and meat. Each of us edited what we were having and they all came out great. We also all had hot cocoa with whipped cream for a warm drink. The pancakes are large in size and delicious. I requested my hash browns more well done and they came out great. The diner itself is clean and spacious. It is a comfortable low key diner. We love this place.

Had breakfast here with a few friends. Food snd service was good, the ambience and the decor was nice and clean. I hate to say this about this place was it was one notch better than Denny's. Just take your orders then drop the check. Not much interactions with the server

Longtime fan of Black Bear Diner because of the quality of food, price, and service. Always have a good experience here as the servers are friendly and attentive. The menu has something for everyone, whether it's all day breakfast, lunch or dinner. Our family came in over the weekend and split between breakfast and dinner! Food was cooked well and the portions are so generous. I had the Grizz which was more than enough food for me. Service from Jody was great, she treated us all really nicely, was attentive to our toddler, and gave us a fantastic experience. Will definitely make our way back here as it's a family favorite.

The food was tasty but didn't quite stand out compared to my previous visits. I was surprised to see that the portion sizes have been reduced since my last time here, which is disappointing because they used to be quite generous. On the positive side, the fresh orange juice was fantastic, and I appreciated that the hot and iced coffee is bottomless. Unfortunately, our server wasn't very attentive, so we only ended up with one cup. Overall, it's a solid choice for breakfast, but I hope they consider bringing back their larger portions!
